- Avoid watching stressful TV shows late at night before retiring, also books that agitate your mood.
- Try to create a sleep mode, so you can get at least 8 hours sleep per night. A good evening walk will help with sleep and also your general health. A warm bath with relaxing herbs prior to sleep will also help.
- Immediately after waking drink a glass of water on an empty stomach (preferably low mineral), then do some  morning exercises and take a cool shower.-Try to do some form of physical work every day (of course according to your strength), do not forget to walk  for a least half an hour as well.
