Japanese eat small meals and this is of benefit not only the body but also for aesthetic perception. So if you’re fans of good nutrition, but still you can not abstain in quantities change their dishes – small plates will be very difficult for displaying large amounts of food. Thus, during the first week will reduce the amount of portions of okolo1 / 5 in a second – with 1 / 4. So after 3-4 weeks without any effort would have reduced the usual portion twice before. FoodFood is a major source of energy for the body. In periods of high load are needed such food products that help a person feel more cheerful and lift his mood. Moreover, chronic fatigue and stress weaken the immune system and makes the body more susceptible to disease.
When it comes to diet employed people, professionals usually emanate from the maxim as less time is devoted to feeding, more must be carefully selected food. What’s good and what is unacceptable to you? Indeed, you yourselves know very well because the body is the best advisor. Quite often in tense minutes to diversify with something, but no time to arm itself and to reach for sweet, biscuit or a cup of coffee. This reaction is totally justified. After a few sips of black drink or sweet temptation care and bitterness pass the background. Recent studies show that all types of carbohydrates (buns, biscuits, chocolate) have a calming effect. Here are the contents of both publications, which we tried to combine in one:
1. Brown rice
Fearing not napalneyat, many people avoid carbohydrates. But actually they are very important for maintaining energy levels. Brown rice contains many fibers that help reduce cholesterol levels and risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer of the rectum, gall stones, diabetes and obesity.
2. Eggs
Responses to hen eggs are often not the most flattering, but they are a rich source of protein and lutein (which protects eyes from cataracts). Studies also show that eggs prevent blood clots and thus reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. According to the results of a completely new study using 6 eggs per week reduced by up to 14 percent risk of breast cancer. The use of 1-2 eggs daily does not raise cholesterol as the body itself produces cholesterol from saturated fat, but did not receive “-made” in cholesterol-rich products.
