BrainWhen you suddenly feel incredibly confusion in your head and thinking is slow, it’s definitely a mental fatigue.
Mental disability is for each individual, but the cause of mental fatigue is always one – a high volume mental work that is inconsistent with the quantity needed rest. Of mental disability can affect and endocrine disorders, depression and various chronic diseases. Caffeine is the most common stimulant in the fight for the activation of the brain, but unfortunately heavy dose of coffee will actually cause increased only Twitter, shaking hands and inability to concentrate. In a healthy person’s ability to process information depends on the inherent characteristics of the central nervous system and the amount flowing to the brain nutrients. Therefore, the simplest way to combat mental fatigue is to provide the brain with its food is adequate enough. Should not be quick with homeopathy, aromatherapy and needle-threating but also the large amount biologically active additives. 6 ways to make your brain works better

American psychologists from the University of Chicago have joined the results of several research and provide eight basic rules how man can better mobilize your brain:
1. Select the appropriate time for mental strain – the memory of middle-aged people work better in the morning while young to remember much easier and better in the middle of the day.
2. Record. An ancient Chinese wisdom says: “Even the most pale ink kept thinking longer than the best memory.” Keep a diary, who scored in all things important to you.
3. Stimulate memory. Recent studies show that the amount of caffeine contained in a cup of coffee is enough to help you concentrate.
4. Choose your intellectual profession. Studies from Poland have shown that people whose career depends on their intellectual abilities, try to use his memory and intellect possible, further developing them.
5. Communicate with people smarter than you. Communicating with them will have an incentive to develop your memory and intellectual abilities in general. This rule affects the choice of a partner family.

Fruits and vegetables are good for the memory

Fruits VegetablesThe presence of more fruits and vegetables in the daily menu improves cognitive function in the brain, says an international team of neuroscientists from the University “Heinrich Heine” hospital “St. Elizabeth” in Cologne (Germany), University of Perugia (Italy) and Temple University “(Temple University) in the United States. Scientists have studied the correlation between the consumption of fruit and vegetable antioxidant content in blood and brain activity of people between 45 and 102 years. Results showed that those whose diet each day attended by 400-500 grams of fruit and vegetables have high levels of beneficial antioxidants in the body and thus low performance of lipid damage by free radicals. Moreover, their ability to remember and use the saved is considerably higher than those in fruit and vegetables are less than 100 grams per day.
