Nothing can  replace the need of  body of fluids, especially water. It is most useful source of moisture, but there are quite a few other drinks that can give the body healthy nutrients.

Soymilk
• Benefit: reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease. Dietary fiber and protein contained in soy milk, reduce the level of “bad” cholesterol and triglycerides. If if  completely replace cow’s milk with soy, your body will suffer from a lack of calcium and vitamins A and D. Soy contains phytoestrogens, which are probably associated with increased risk of breast cancer. If you have a family history of breast cancer it is a good idea to discuss with your doctor the use of soy milk.

Hot chocolate or cocoa
• Benefit: improves mood and reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease. Cocoa contains many useful polyphenols that protect cells from free radicals. Use of hot chocolate increases the production of the hormone serotonin which are great for lifting our mood levels.

Tomato juice without salt
• Benefits: According to some studies this juice can prevent many forms of cancer. Products obtained after processing of fresh tomatoes contain lycopene in high concentrations. Vitamin E
Its use is associated with reduced risk of cardiovascular disease – because of its ability to neutralize the oxidation of “bad” (LDL) cholesterol. It is this oxidation that causes the  piling of plates on the walls of blood vessels, leading to their narrowing – a major cause of atherosclerosis and heart attacks. The effect of vitamin E is associated with reduced problems in DNA structures. There is also some evidence that use of 400 IU vitamin E daily reduces the level of “bad” cholesterol. Selenium

The fats are contained in almost every food. Fruits and vegetables are generally low in fat, unlike meat, butter, nuts, etc.
There are different types of fat. “Good” and “bad”. “Good” are unsaturated fats. The easiest option for the reception of the “good fats” is to include them in our daily menu. . Good forms of unsaturated fats are omega-3 and omega-6.
They are called essential fatty acids because the body can not produce them himself. They are adopted by the food and this should be done within reasonable limits. In an unbalanced intake of these fatty acids / intake of omega-3 surpasses that of omega-6.
The foods containing omega-3 include: flaxseed, sardine, herring, salmon, mackerel. The foods containing omega-6 are: sunflower seeds, vegetable oil / corn, sunflower, sesame, soybean, safflower / margarine pumpkin seeds. The method of cold pressing nowadays are producing vegetable oils / linseed, sunflower oil, sesame, almond, grape, etc.
