One way to calculate your ideal healthy weight is the Body Mass Index (BMI) scale. BMI measures your weight in comparison to your height. It works by dividing your weight in kilos by the square of your height in meters. As an example if someone’s height was 1.75m and their weight was 70kg, the square of their height would be 3.0625m, and 70/3.0625 would give them a BMI score of 22.86.

What is the Macrobiotics diet?
